The Mixed Up Girl That Everybody Leaves Behind

I’m a little bit weird, a little too bright but if you want to contact me here’s how you do it
Ok, so I’m a relatively new Our Lady Peace fan but I’m in the obsessive territory already! It all came about when I was in my local record shop, just after Christmas 1999 and in need of some decent CD’s. I had heard of Our Lady Peace before but I didn’t know what they sounded like. I came to hear about them as they were supporting the Stereophonics on tour last December (1999) but they didn’t play the Sheffield date that I was booked to see so I had no idea what they were like. Anyway, "One Man Army" was sat there on the shelf and I said to myself &they supported the Stereophonics so they must be pretty good", so I went ahead and bought the single without even hearing it.
I put it on in the car on the way home and realised that I had heard it somewhere before, but couldn’t quite put my finger on it. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out that they had played the video at the Stereophonics gig that I had seen - I instantly liked it when I had first saw it but of course I didn’t know who they were then so I couldn’t have said that I was going to go out and buy it.
The thing is, at the Stereophonics gig, I really wanted to find out who the band on the video were and I said to myself "Claire, if it’s meant to be, you’ll find out who it is in the end", I did and I am putting down to fate.
